Who doesn’t love momos? Momos are the most loved food among the people of Nepal. Although momos originated in Tibet (influenced by Chinese dumplings) where they were traditionally filled with yak, meat, Nepalese locals have developed a variety of momo fillings- buffalo, pork and vegetables and so on.We have discovered an amazing place for momo lovers ‘Thule Ko Tapari Momo Center’. It is located in Bakhundole, Lalitpur. Thule dai ko momo center offers local and authentic kind of momos, inclusive of buff, chicken, vegetable momos, sausage and sekuwas. The buff momos are basically meat packed inside a flour dough wrap. To prepare the momos Thule dai gets his mince ready and starts off by seasoning the momos and then adds salt, cumin powder and momo masala. The sekwas are not smokey, not very well seasoned but they are still good in taste.
